Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat grill to high
  • Grill peppers, turning until skins are blackened
  • Transfer peppers to bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap
  • Let cool enough to handle
  • Peel peppers
  • Halve lengthwise, and remove seeds and stems
  • In another mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients
  • Add peppers and toss to combine

    Ooooh A hot one, Lori! I've never eaten peppers just by themselves like this (just raw) I'm going to take the liberty of adding this to the Hot/Spicy group . . . OOOps Wynne, thought you were Sparrow! I'm trying to catch up on so many recipes I missed today that I can't keep track of who's I'm on!!!
