Ingredients

How to make it

  • Poke squash all over with fork and microwave for 6-7 minutes
  • Turn over and microwave until squash is tender, another 8-10 minutes
  • Cool 5 minutes
  • Melt butter in skillet and cook garlic until golden
  • Stir in spices and remove from heat
  • Halve squash lengthwise and remove seeds
  • Scrape flesh with fork
  • Add to bowl with butter mixture and cilantro
  • Toss to coat

    I made this for dinner. We loved it. Also I added some shredded cheese with fresh parsley.
    I was out of cilantro ( I love it ) Thanks again for this great recipe!
