How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Combine soup, orange juice and rice in a small bowl, mix well
  • Lay soup mixture into a greased 9"x13" baking dish
  • Place chicken over it
  • Add chopped garlic to the melted butter
  • Brush butter and garlic mixture onto the chicken breasts
  • Sprinkle chicken with parmesan
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes
  • Enjoy
  • I usualy do double the soups, orange juice and rice.... Enjoy!

    This sounds good. I used to put chicken pieces in aluminum foil, pour on orange juice concentrate that was thinned a little, folded it all up and baked it in the oven. Sure was easy cleanup.
