This recipe sounds YUM! And I look forward to getting back to Florida so I can get some Vidalias.. we can't get them here in the UK. I had some while I was there a few weeks back and enjoyed every last one.

Anything with Vidalia Onions is a must for me to try. This sounds decadent and Vidalia's are plentiful right now. Will be making this one NOW. Thanks for sharing.

Can't wait to make this. My in-laws brought the store bought stuff up last month and can't find it here in any store. Now I can make my own...thanks for making my (& hubby's day)!

Wowza!Don't just say this sounds good and you'll try it. You gotta really try it! I live in the Vidalia region and the specialty bottled dressing even goes for an expensive premium around here! Looked at other recipes but had to try this one cooking the onion. Wowza! That is definetly the secret to being just like the unique bottled stuff and it is REALLY EASY.
