Ingredients

1 large bottle of cream

2 cans of sweetened condensed milk

2 cans of evaporated milk

1 large block of dark chocolate

1 rounded tablespoon of instant coffee, (real coffee, as in expresso, can be substituted, but it really doesn't make much difference)

700mL whiskey (cheap stuff usually gives great results)

a dash of vanilla essence

a big bottle

a big glass, with a handle and a bit of ice within

Directions

melt the chocolate in a double saucepan

slowly combine the condensed milk and evaporated milk

allow to cool before adding the cream and other ingrediences

give everything a good blending

I have read other recipes stating that Baileys will last a couple of months in the fridge. Well, I have never had to keep this stuff for so long. I claim that if you have to keep it that long, there's something wrong with it!
