How to make it

  • melt the chocolate in a double saucepan
  • slowly combine the condensed milk and evaporated milk
  • allow to cool before adding the cream and other ingrediences
  • give everything a good blending
  • bottle and cool before transfering a portion to the big glass, with a handle and a bit of ice within
  • I have read other recipes stating that Baileys will last a couple of months in the fridge. Well, I have never had to keep this stuff for so long. I claim that if you have to keep it that long, there's something wrong with it!

    here in Southern California~ this "5"FORK!!!!!
    recipe sounds like JUST the drink that will make
    the 'quake' NOT matter!!!
