Baileys - with the full dose of calories

- 1 large bottle of cream shopping list
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 2 cans of evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 large block of dark chocolate shopping list
- 1 rounded tablespoon of instant coffee, (real coffee, as in expresso, can be substituted, but it really doesn't make much difference) shopping list
- 700mL whiskey (cheap stuff usually gives great results) shopping list
- a dash of vanilla essence shopping list
- a big bottle shopping list
- a big glass, with a handle and a bit of ice within shopping list
How to make it
- melt the chocolate in a double saucepan
- slowly combine the condensed milk and evaporated milk
- allow to cool before adding the cream and other ingrediences
- give everything a good blending
- bottle and cool before transfering a portion to the big glass, with a handle and a bit of ice within
- I have read other recipes stating that Baileys will last a couple of months in the fridge. Well, I have never had to keep this stuff for so long. I claim that if you have to keep it that long, there's something wrong with it!
