This is a riff on a recent recipe in Food Network Magazine....a Bobby Flay recipe. I adapted it very slightly for indoor cooking as I thought the sweet potatoes were too soft and was afraid I'd lose them through the grill grates! Enjoy.

I Think If Ya Cut The Sweet Potatoes Into Thick Enough Wedges And Lay On Foil On The Grill, It May Be OK. I'll Give It A Try This Weekend.
