Pear Praline pie

- 1 large can pear halves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ginger, powdered shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3 c. flour shopping list
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1/2-1 c. chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 unbaked pie shell.....store bought or your own shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans to make crumb mixture. Place 1/3 crumb mixture on pie crust. Arrange pear halves on top. Add spices and lemon rind. Add rest of crumb mixture on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes until crust is light brown.
