How to make it

  • Combine soy, bourbon and sugar.
  • Put pork in a large zip lock with marinade for 3 hours or overnight
  • Remove from marinade and bake 325 for 1 hour (or until done)basting every 15 minutes
  • Combine sauce ingredients -mix well.
  • Carve pork into thin diagonal slices.
  • Serve with sauce
