Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Chili powder to taste
  • 1 8 oz package egg noodles
  • salt
  • 8 ounces shredder mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray
  2. Cook ground beef and onion until no longer pink
  3. Stir in undiluted soups, cumin and chili powder; remove from heat
  4. Meanwhile, cook noodles in salted water
  5. Drain noodles well; stir into beef mixture
  6. Spoon into prepared baking dish
  7. Top evenly with mozzarella and sprinkle with parm
  8. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown
  9. VARIATIONS: Use sliced processed cheese or American cheese instead of the mozzarella and parm
