Ingredients
  • Yellow cake mix
  • water
  • oil
  • eggs
  • 4 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 pint whipping cream or half and half

Directions
  1. Make yellow cake mix according to directions on box.
  2. Using the water, oil and eggs.
  3. Put cake dough into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Layer the cut rhubarb on top.
  5. Sprinkle sugar on top of rhubarb.
  6. Then gently pour cream on top.
  7. DO NOT STIR!
  8. Bake for 60 min.
  9. Cool.
  10. Keep in refrig.
