Rhubarb Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients

Yellow cake mix

water

oil

eggs

4 cups chopped rhubarb

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 pint whipping cream or half and half

Directions

Make yellow cake mix according to directions on box.

Using the water, oil and eggs.

Put cake dough into a greased 9 x 13 pan.

Layer the cut rhubarb on top.

Sprinkle sugar on top of rhubarb.

Then gently pour cream on top.

DO NOT STIR!

Bake for 60 min.

Cool.

Keep in refrig.
