Rhubarb Cream Cake

This cake is outstanding and very easy to make. The cream turns into a custard and the rhubarb ends up in the middle of the cake. It is awesome served warm and is just as good cold. Ingredients
- yellow cake mix shopping list
- water shopping list
- oil shopping list
- eggs shopping list
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 pint whipping cream or half and half shopping list
How to make it
- Make yellow cake mix according to directions on box.
- Using the water, oil and eggs.
- Put cake dough into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Layer the cut rhubarb on top.
- Sprinkle sugar on top of rhubarb.
- Then gently pour cream on top.
- DO NOT STIR!
- Bake for 60 min.
- Cool.
- Keep in refrig.
