Layered Cobb Salad

- 6 cups sliced romaine lettuce shopping list
- 1/2 lb. grape tomatoes,halved shopping list
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken shopping list
- 2 ripe avocados,peeled and diced shopping list
- 1 lg. red onion,peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1 lb cooked med-size shrimp,peeled(3/4lb) shopping list
- 1 cup chunky blue cheese dressing shopping list
- 6 slices cooked bacon,crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- Place sliced lettuce in the bottom of a 14 cup glass salad bowl or trifle dish. Pack down slightly.
- On top of lettuce,neatly layer tomatoes,chicken,avocados,red onion and shrimp. Press slightly to compress.
- Spread with dressing. Refrigerate at least 1 hour;sprinkle with bacon just before serving.
