Hard Boiled Egg And Cucumber Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

2 pieces of multi grain bread, toasted

1 tbs mayonnaise

1/8 tsp dried dill weed

ground black pepper (to taste)

1 slice of sharp cheddar cheese

1 large hard boiled egg, sliced

10 thin slices of cucumber

2 large pieces of romaine lettuce

Directions

Spread mayonnaise on 1 of the pieces of bread & then sprinkle with the dill weed & ground black pepper.

Proceed to layer with cheese, followed by the hard boiled egg slices and then the cucumbers and lettuce.

Top sandwich off with second slice of bread.
