Hard Boiled Egg And Cucumber Sandwich

Came up with this sandwich on the fly one day when I was starving but had no deli meat; in my opinion I came up with a winner. This is a great sandwich for anyone that loves them but hates deli meat!
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of multi grain bread, toasted shopping list
- 1 tbs mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/8 tsp dried dill weed shopping list
- ground black pepper (to taste) shopping list
- 1 slice of sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 large hard boiled egg, sliced shopping list
- 10 thin slices of cucumber shopping list
- 2 large pieces of romaine lettuce shopping list
How to make it
- Spread mayonnaise on 1 of the pieces of bread & then sprinkle with the dill weed & ground black pepper.
- Proceed to layer with cheese, followed by the hard boiled egg slices and then the cucumbers and lettuce.
- Top sandwich off with second slice of bread.
