The Mother-in-laws Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar

pinch salt

3 cups bread crumbs (biscuit and light bread)

2 cups sweet milk

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 eggs, well beaten

2 tablespoons margarine

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and let set for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 F until set.

Serve with Lemon Sauce.
