Three Pepper Roasted Pork Chops Recipe
This is a easy and deliciously quick pork chop recipe for the summer!

Ingredients
  • 8 thin sliced center pork chops or breakfast chops
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • garlic salt to taste
  • cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • dash of creole seasoning

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of the oil in a large cookie sheet or pan
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the peppers, onion, garlic, and celery.
  4. Add remaining 1 teaspoon oil and toss.
  5. Spoon onto prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Season pork with seasoning to taste and place over vegetables.'
  7. Roast in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes
  8. Turn pork chops and continue to roast for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Remove pan and spoor broth and wine over pork
  10. Cover with foil and cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  11. Serve
