Cucumber Salad

This is a great, quick and easy salad to make for the summer when you dont want alot of hot foods....I got this recipe out of Southern Lady Magazine...Serve this with Tomato Basil Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 seedless cucumber, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved shopping list
- 3 yellow squash, cut lengthwise and thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 recipe Tomato basil vinaigrette (recipe follows this one) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
- Serve with Tomato Basil Vinaigrette Dressing.
