Ingredients

1 box Uncle Bens Country Inn Rice Pilaf

1 med. tomato,chopped

1/2 small can sliced black olives

1 bag baby spinach

1/4c Italian dressing

Directions

Cook rice according to directions on box(I used chicken broth instead of water).

Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
