A nice Mediterranean style rice pilaf that a friend made for us years ago. Hence the name.
Ingredients
- 1 box Uncle Bens Country Inn rice Pilaf shopping list
- 1 med. tomato,chopped shopping list
- 1/2 small can sliced black olives shopping list
- 1 bag baby spinach shopping list
- 1/4c Italian dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Cook rice according to directions on box(I used chicken broth instead of water).
- Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
