Toffee Popcorn Crunch

- 8 cups popped popcorn shopping list
- 3/4 cup almonds shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup heath bits of brickle toffee bits shopping list
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 275 degrees F.
- Grease large roasting pan or 2 13x0x2" pan.
- Place in popcorn n almonds.
- Combine bits and syrup in a heavy saucepan, cook over meduim heat,stirring constantly until toffee is melted.
- Pour over popcorn and almonds,stir to all is well coated.
- Bake 30 minutes,stirring frequently.
- Remove from oven stir every 2 minutes until slightly cooled.
- Cool completely,
- Store in tightly covered container.
- ABOUT A POUND
- DOES NOT DOUBE WELL!!!!!!!
