This is a really easy and quick stir fry recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1lb of steak tips chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce like La Choy or Kikomon
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • garlic chopped- as much as you like
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 chopped yellow pepper
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • couple of tablespoons of oil - i used peanut oil
  • brown rice cooked

Directions
  1. place steak, brown sugar and soy sauce in a zip lock bag to marinate while you chop the veggies
  2. heat up a large pan add oil, and garlic add in chopped vegtables and cook until desired tenderness, we like them pretty soft so I cooked them for about 5 minutes
  3. move veggies to the side and add steak mixture (marinade and all) to the pan and cook through.
  4. mix together and add in the cooked brown rice.
