I love anything with strawberries in it! This is a really good, creamy, sweet and tart pie. It is pretty enough for company and easy enough for every day! Cook time is actually refrigeration time.

Ingredients
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping
  • 1 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1 container fresh strawberries, for garnish

Directions
  1. Cream the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream, marshmallow creme, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  2. Stir in thawed whipped topping.
  3. Fold the preserves in just until they are marbled through the filling.
  4. Pour filling into crust. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
  5. Chill several hours or overnight before serving.
