I have been making this recipe "right of a Cool Whip" ad for years. Maybe someone of you have forgotten about it. This is the time of year when it is the best!

Ingredients
- 2/3-cup boiling water
- 1-cup "ice" cold water
- graham cracker crust (6-oz)
- 1-small strawberry Jell-O (or flavor of your choice)
- Cool Whip (8-oz)
Directions
- Whisk boiling water into Jell-O in a large glass bowl for no less than two minutes. Add cold water to gelatin. Whisk in the Cool Whip and refrigerate until thick.
- Note: It can be served in two hours but I prefer to let it set three hours or overnight.
