How to make it

  • Whisk boiling water into Jell-O in a large glass bowl for no less than two minutes. Add cold water to gelatin. Whisk in the Cool Whip and refrigerate until thick.
  • Note: It can be served in two hours but I prefer to let it set three hours or overnight.
