Jell-O Cool and Easy Pie

- 2/3-cup boiling water shopping list
- 1-cup "ice" cold water shopping list
- graham cracker crust (6-oz) shopping list
- 1-small strawberry Jell-O (or flavor of your choice) shopping list
- Cool Whip (8-oz) shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk boiling water into Jell-O in a large glass bowl for no less than two minutes. Add cold water to gelatin. Whisk in the Cool Whip and refrigerate until thick.
- Note: It can be served in two hours but I prefer to let it set three hours or overnight.
