Ingredients

4 pounds freshly ground pork

3/4 tablespoon salt

1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

3/4 tablespoon powdered sage

3/4 tablespoon fresh ground Cayenne pepper

1/8 cup finely chopped garlic

Directions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly with your hands and form into 3" patties.

Cook in a skillet until nicely browned.

Serves 20.
