Rosemary-Garlic Potatoes Martha Stewart Style Recipe
This is from my Martha Stewart magazine and is really quite good considerng it is made in a microwave which I usually only use for warming up leftovers.

Ingredients
  • 1-tbspn olive oil
  • 2-cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 1/2-lbs red new potatoes, scrubbed and slied thinly
  • coarse salt
  • black pepper

Directions
  1. Combine oil, garlic, and rosemary in a 2-qt microwave safe dish with a lid.
  2. Cover and microwave on high until garlic is fragrant...usually 1 minute at the least.
  3. Sstir in potatoes.
  4. Cover, and mocrowave on high until potatoes are tneder, 13-15 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper
