This is a all-time family favorite. We make this at least twice a month.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can black beans
  • 1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can diced chilies and tomatoes {Ro-Tel}
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans white corn
  • 2 cans water
  • 2 pkgs. Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2 pkgs. taco seasoning mix

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef with onions; drain.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients with juice from cans.
  3. Simmer for 2 hours. Adding more water if mixture is to thick.
  4. Garnish with: shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped scallions.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
