How to make it

  • Wash the rice under streaming water and put 20 min in cold water, wash again and drain.
  • Put 2 c water in a pan add rice and bring to a boil, as soon as water boils, close heat and let rice cook till water is absorbed, (ca 10 min).
  • Take a deep frying pan or better a wok if available, put oil in and heat to high heat add all vegetables and stir fry 3 min, add rice and stir fry 5 min more, add soya sauce stir fry 1 min more, if necesary add a pinch of salt to taste, add sambal and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
