Pumpkin Cinnamon Cookies

PUMPKIN CINNAMON COOKIES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Betik Estate in Waxahachie, Texas in 1998. Date and source unknown.
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 1 cup raisins shopping list
- 1 cup mashed pumpkin shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ingredients together and drop by teaspoons on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
