How to make it
- Wash and soak frog legs in salt water for 2 hours.
- Pat dry.
- Dip in beaten egg and roll in cracker meal.
- In frying pan, heat vegetable oil almost to the boiling point.
- Add frog leg; turn until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on brown paper.
- Serve hot.

i haven't had frog legs since i was itty bitty! awesome...maybe we'll introduce our daughters to them this summer...wonder if they'll be intrigued or horrified? funny thought...anyway thanks a lot for a great post!andiecooks in home loved it
