  • Steam florets to soft-crisp doneness
  • Drain
  • Place in serving bowl
  • Cool a bit
  • ADD; zest ,juice,oil,garlic, salt and pepper-making sure all the veggie is coated
  • Serve warm
  • OR
  • chill and serve
