Although this is a simple easy-to-make recipe, you will be delighted by its' refreshing lemony taste.

Ingredients
  • 1 Large head of cauliflour , cleaned and large florets taken off the stem
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 strips lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped extra small
  • Bartoli flavoring and dipping oil
  • sea salt
  • white pepper

Directions
  1. Method:
  2. Steam florets to soft-crisp doneness
  3. Drain
  4. Place in serving bowl
  5. Cool a bit
  6. ADD; zest ,juice,oil,garlic, salt and pepper-making sure all the veggie is coated
  7. Serve warm
  8. OR
  9. chill and serve
