Boudin Burger

This is great if you have some Boudin...or left over rice dressing ..My youngest sons favorite sandwich...
Ingredients
- 4 links of Boudin shopping list
- or shopping list
- 2 cups of rice dressing..(if you use rice dressing you need to beat one egg pour into the rice dressing this will keep it together) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of flour shopping list
- 1 cup cooking oil shopping list
- hamburger buns shopping list
- mayo, lettuce, cheese ,ketchup(anything you would like on your bun) shopping list
- skillet shopping list
How to make it
- push the boudin from casing
- take boudin and make a patty
- roll in flour then fry until a light brown.
- now...
- using rice dressing
- stir in egg
- make your patties
- roll in flour
- then fry until light brown
- place the patty on to a paper towel
- then prepare your hamburger bun
- with mayo, lettuce , cheese..ketchup, anything else you would like.
- my son just likes it with cheese and mayo...
- serve with chips or american fries..
