Delicious Mustard Soup

From Bon Appetit, a creamy mustard based soup made either with chicken or vegetable stock. Easy and yet company fare
Ingredients
- 4 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup fkour shopping list
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable stock shopping list
- 3 Tbs Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/8 tsp tumeric shopping list
- 1 cup light cream or half andf half shopping list
- salt and white pepper totaste shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add flour, whisk and stir till combined.
- Slowly add and whisk in the stock to make a smooth soup.
- Stir in the mustard, 1 Tbs at a time.
- Add the tumeric and the cream.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt and ppper
