Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter in saucepan.
  • Add flour, whisk and stir till combined.
  • Slowly add and whisk in the stock to make a smooth soup.
  • Stir in the mustard, 1 Tbs at a time.
  • Add the tumeric and the cream.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt and ppper
