How to make it

  • Combine the hot peppers, cilantro, water, garlic cloves and lime juice in the blender and blend well.
  • Add the chopped white onions and salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately or put in a glass container and store up to three days in the refrigerator.

    Annie: Could you use jalepeno peppers - I'm not sure I have seen Aji peppers? Sounds lite and wonderful - I think it might be great on fish or chicken??
