How to make it

  • Prep time does not include maturing time etc.
  • Combine mustard seeds, vinegar, and beer and let sit 48 hours in a nonreactive container
  • Transfer mixture to a food processor along with remaining ingrdients and process until creamy and smooth about 4 to 6 minutes
  • Transfer to clean glass jars and cover and refrigerate.
  • Let sit 3 to 4 weeks to mature flavor before using
