How to make it

  • Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Whisk vinegar,3Tbs oil,11/2tsp coarse salt and 1 tsp pepper in small bag. Add chicken;seal bag. Chill 2 hours,turning bag occasionally.
  • Prepare grill(med-high). Brush rack with oil generously. Arrange chicken on grill. Sprinkle with herbs de provence,1/2tsp salt and 1/2tsp. pepper. Grill chicken till cooked through,about 6 mins. per side. Transfer to plates and top with cheese.

    This sounds so good. I am a huge fan of balsamic vinegar and blue cheese. This has to be a winning combination. Great post and a very high 5.
