Herbed Balsamic Chicken with Blue Cheese

- 6 skinless,boneless chicken breast halves(5 to 6 oz. ea.) shopping list
- 1/2c balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 3 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 2 tsp. kosher salt shopping list
- 11/2tsp fine ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp herbs de provence shopping list
- 1 3 to 4 oz wedge blue cheese,cut in 6 slices shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Whisk vinegar,3Tbs oil,11/2tsp coarse salt and 1 tsp pepper in small bag. Add chicken;seal bag. Chill 2 hours,turning bag occasionally.
- Prepare grill(med-high). Brush rack with oil generously. Arrange chicken on grill. Sprinkle with herbs de provence,1/2tsp salt and 1/2tsp. pepper. Grill chicken till cooked through,about 6 mins. per side. Transfer to plates and top with cheese.
