Angelas Shrimp Explosion Recipe
This dish is absolutely exploding with flavors and makes your mouth water while you eat. My family loves when I cook this dish. Serve some garlic french toast on the side.

Ingredients
  • 6 green onions
  • 8 La Roma tomatoes
  • 1 garlic bulb (not clove)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 big pkg. of fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of fresh Dill
  • 2 qts. of peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 box of Angel Hair pasta

Directions
  1. De-seed La Roma tomatoes and chop.
  2. Slice green onions and garlic cloves.
  3. Put first 4 ing. in a bowl and sprinkle with Salt & Pepper.
  4. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Place ing. from bowl onto baking sheet and broil until tomatoes are slightly charred, stirring occasionally.
  6. Put next 5 ing. into pan and saute until shrimp are pink, about 5 min.
  7. Add tomato mixture to pan. Turn on low.
  8. Prepare Angel Hair pasta according to pkg. directions. Drain.
  9. Place Angel Hair pasta in bowl and top with shrimp mixture.
  10. Serve with Garlic French Toast slices.
  11. Bonapetit !!!
