How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350 then grease medium baking dish.
  • Melt 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onion and bell pepper then cook until crisp tender.
  • Add ham and eggs then cook until eggs are firm but still moist stirring frequently.
  • Stir in mushrooms then remove from heat.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons butter in medium saucepan.
  • Add flour and bouillon then cook and stir until smooth and bubbly.
  • Gradually add milk and cook until mixture boils and thickens stirring constantly.
  • Add Swiss cheese and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese then stir until smooth.
  • Fold scrambled eggs into sauce and pour into greased baking dish.
  • In small bowl combine all topping ingredients then sprinkle over eggs.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes then serve immediately.
