  • COMBINE CORN, MILK, MUFFIN MIX, EGG, TABASCO SAUCE TO TASTE
  • SPREAD IN 9X13 BUTTERED PAN
  • SAUTE ONIONS IN BUTTER UNTIL SOFT
  • STIR IN SOUR CREAM, SALT, AND HALF OF THE CHEESE
  • SPREAD ON TOP OF MUFFIN MIX
  • SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING CHEESE
  • BAKE 40 TO 45 MINUTES AT 425 DEGREES

    OHHH this recipe sounds delicious. Unfortunately my doctor would kill me dead if I made it but I sent it to a friend who doesn't have to watch her weight as much lol. I may tinker around and see if I can lighten this up to where I can enjoy it too Wonderful post.
