How to make it

  • Take the fresh berries and freeze them shortly before making this to give it a chill and consistency of an iced cooling drink with texture
  • Place the berries, orange juice, ice and banana in blender
  • Blend on high speed until mixutre is almost smooth...
  • Pour mixutre into a big glass (or you can even put it in a cereal bowl and eat it with a spoon)
  • Stir in honey if desired
  • Top with granola and some blueberries (about three or four)
  • And add fresh mint and just a spritz of fresh lemon and stick in a straw and sip away to a summertime morning filled with sunshine fruits and antioxidants and potassium..
  • Don't forget to have a tall spoon to reach in for some sumptuous bites of this smoothie which is rich and colorful and full of good stuff......
