Black And Blue Minty Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

- One and one half cups of fresh blueberries shopping list
- same amount of blackberries (one and one half cups) shopping list
- 1 medium banana shopping list
- 1/4 fresh orange juice shopping list
- 8 ice cubes shopping list
- 2 tsps honey shopping list
- 1/2 low fat granola without raisins shopping list
- fresh mint (a handful) shopping list
- fresh lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Take the fresh berries and freeze them shortly before making this to give it a chill and consistency of an iced cooling drink with texture
- Place the berries, orange juice, ice and banana in blender
- Blend on high speed until mixutre is almost smooth...
- Pour mixutre into a big glass (or you can even put it in a cereal bowl and eat it with a spoon)
- Stir in honey if desired
- Top with granola and some blueberries (about three or four)
- And add fresh mint and just a spritz of fresh lemon and stick in a straw and sip away to a summertime morning filled with sunshine fruits and antioxidants and potassium..
- Don't forget to have a tall spoon to reach in for some sumptuous bites of this smoothie which is rich and colorful and full of good stuff......
