Easy Lime Shredded Brussels Sprouts

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or olive oil shopping list
- juice from 1-2 limes (however limey you want it) shopping list
- salt and pepper (I use kosher salt on EVERYTHING) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut sprouts in half then julienne.
- Heat skillet over medium high. Melt butter then add sprouts and cook till tender, about 6-8 minutes.
- Season with lime juice, salt & pepper.
- Easy huh! Enjoy!
