How to make it

  • Cut sprouts in half then julienne.
  • Heat skillet over medium high. Melt butter then add sprouts and cook till tender, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Season with lime juice, salt & pepper.
  • Easy huh! Enjoy!

    FINALLY!!! A Brussels sprouts recipe my husband liked! I have roasted, toasted, stir-fried, steamed, boiled, and made them every way I could think of to get him to eat Brussels sprouts and all were a no-go. Who knew this easy peasy recipe would work?! I don't care for lime, so used just a splash of fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavor right at the end of the cooking time. I must have really julienned the sprouts I bought because they took just about a minute to cook and would have been burned if I had let them go any longer.
