Ingredients

How to make it

  • SautĂ© bell peppers in margarine for 5 minutes then stir in flour and cook 2 minutes.
  • Gradually blend in milk, corn, dill weed, salt and pepper then heat to boiling over medium heat.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Gradually stir in small amount of vegetables into egg yolks then stir yolks into vegetables.
  • Mix in salmon then beat egg whites and cream of tartar in large bowl to stiff peaks.
  • Fold into salmon mixture then pour into lightly greased soufflĂ© dish.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes then serve immediately.
