walnut parmesan brown rice

- 1 cup brown rice or barley-cooked shopping list
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts shopping list
- a handful of chopped parsley shopping list
- lots of freshly cracked black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- While grains are still warm, add cheese and pepper and stir well, allowing cheese to meld with grains.
- Add walnuts and parsley and stir gently, but well.
- Done!~and delicious!
- Serve warm or at room temp.
- *Keeps in fridge for 3-4 days...Freezes well in single portions...
