How to make it

  • While grains are still warm, add cheese and pepper and stir well, allowing cheese to meld with grains.
  • Add walnuts and parsley and stir gently, but well.
  • Done!~and delicious!
  • Serve warm or at room temp.
  • *Keeps in fridge for 3-4 days...Freezes well in single portions...
