Tinks Chichi Cocktail

wow this is delicious and very refreshing ..... great for those summer nites or any time .....ive even added some vanilla ice cream to it ......yum yum
Ingredients
- 1/2 -cup vodka............... shopping list
- 4- tablespoons cream of coconut ................ shopping list
- 2- tablespooons unsweetened pineapple juice .............. shopping list
- 2- tablespoons sweet-and-sour drink mix ............. shopping list
- 2- tablespoons half-and-half............... shopping list
- 1- tablespoons lime juice ...... shopping list
- Crushed ice ............... shopping list
- pineapple wedges (optional) .................. shopping list
- maraschino cherries (optional............. shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender container, combine vodka, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, sweet-and-sour drink mix, half-and-half, and lime juice
- Add 1/2 cup crushed ice; cover and blend.
- Pour into two glasses.
- Fill glasses with additional crushed ice. If desired, garnish with a thin pineapple wedge and a cherry.
- Serve immediately. Makes 2 (7-ounce) servings.
