How to make it

  • In skilet,brown chops on both sides in small amt. of oil. Season with salt and pepper and place onion slices on top of chops.
  • Combine remaining ingredients;pour over chops. Cover and simmer over low heat 45-60 mins or until done.
  • Remove chops to platter and spoon sauce over chops. Goe great with rice.

    I make this today exactly as the recipe states with the exception of adding a clove of garlic to the mix. It was delicious. I cooked rice in chicken broth and put sauce over the rice and chops and ohhhh my my taste buds are still thanking me. Definate 5 forks. Thanks for posting

    I tried this any the sauce went very liquidy. Any suggestion to what I could do to prevent this? Maybe coat the chops in flour before frying them?
