Shrimp And Linguine In Dill Wine Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup bottled clam juice
  • 12 to 16 ounces linguine, cooked and kept warm
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions
  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and saute just until shrimp turn pink, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add dill, garlic, wine and clam juice.
  4. Cook 3 minutes.
  5. Add to hot cooked pasta and heat two minutes.
  6. Garnish with Parmesan.
