Ingredients
  • 2 cans Clam "Pieces"
  • 1/4 cup Clam Juice
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Mozzarella (or Ricotta) Cheese
  • 8 Cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 3 TBS. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Sm Onion, Diced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
  • Parsley, Garnish
  • 1 Loaf Sour Dough Round or other round similar bread, hollwed out in center

Directions
  1. METHOD:
  2. Melt butter and pour over bread crumbs.
  3. Mix to cover all crumbs evenly.
  4. Mix all items together with hand mixer and spoon into the hollowed-out round loaf.
  5. Bake for approx. 30 minutes at 350°F; will be brown and bubbly.
