Ceasar Dressing

- 1/4" dia X 3" strip anchovy paste shopping list
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 garlic clove shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 2/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 egg yoke shopping list
- 2 tbs grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 tsp coarse black pepper shopping list
- 2 croutons shopping list
How to make it
- In a small mixing bowl, add anchovy paste, mustard, finely chopped garlic,and 2 croutons.
- With the back of a spoon, grind croutons and garlic into the mixture
- Add lemon juice and egg yoke and whip vigorously
- Add parmesan cheese, pepper, and olive oil
- Whip until well blended
- Yealds approx. 8 oz
