Mocha Angel Cake

- 1 ready made angel food cake shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 cup cold milk shopping list
- 2 tsps. instant coffee shopping list
- 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding shopping list
How to make it
- Cut angel food cake into 3 layers,using long serrated edge knife. Pour heavy cream and milk into deep mixing bowl. Add instant coffee and pudding. Beat till well mixed,about 1 min.
- Spread between layers and on top of cake. If desired,garnish top with chocolate curls made with a vegetable peeler and a square of unsweetened chocolate.
- You can serve the cake immediately or chill in refrigerator until serving time.. Or you can even freeze it (takes 2 to 3 hours) and serve as ice cream cake right from the freezer.
