Beef Roast Crock Pot Recipe

Easy, excellent crock pot
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 lb. beef roast shopping list
- 2 cans reduced sodium beef broth shopping list
- 2 brown gravy packets (McCormick or store brand) shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped or sliced shopping list
- 1 small bag baby carrots shopping list
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms shopping list
- Mrs. Dash Original salt-free Blend to taste shopping list
- onion powder to taste shopping list
- garlic powder to taste shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- potatoes or other vegetables optional. shopping list
- For more gravy add 1 cup beef broth to 1 brown gravy packet. shopping list
How to make it
- Layer onion, carrots and mushrooms or other optional vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Place beef roast on top. Sprinkle desired amounts of seasonings on top. In separate bowl, whisk together beef broth and brown gravy packets. Pour over beef roast. Cook on medium setting for 6 - 8 hours or until meat is tender.
