Ingredients

2 - 3 lb. beef roast

2 cans reduced sodium beef broth

2 brown gravy packets (McCormick or store brand)

1 medium onion, chopped or sliced

1 small bag baby carrots

8 oz. sliced mushrooms

Mrs. Dash Original Salt-free Blend to taste

Onion Powder to taste

Garlic Powder to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Potatoes or other vegetables optional.

For more gravy add 1 cup beef broth to 1 brown gravy packet.

Directions

Layer onion, carrots and mushrooms or other optional vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Place beef roast on top. Sprinkle desired amounts of seasonings on top. In separate bowl, whisk together beef broth and brown gravy packets. Pour over beef roast. Cook on medium setting for 6 - 8 hours or until meat is tender.
