Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2, 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 220°C
  2. combine butter and sugar.
  3. add eggs, milk, orange juice and mix.
  4. add zest soda, baking powder vanilla and mix well.
  5. add flour.
  6. poor into pan and bake 15- 20 min. (poke the cake with a toothpick just to be sure!)
  7. let it cool and enjoy.
