Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil potatoes until just tender(about 15 minutes)
  • Drain and allow to cool.
  • When potatoes are cool to touch, remove skins
  • In large bowl mix together the potatoes,mustard, green onions, celery, red onion, eggs, and olives.
  • Stir in cream cheese and mayonnaise.
  • Season with creole spice, celery seen, cracked black pepper and salt
  • Sprinkle bacon over top(if using cheese, sprinkle this on top too)
  • Sprinkle top with parsley and decorate with green or red bell pepper rings.
