Bacon Smoked Gouda Muffins

BACON SMOKED GOUDA MUFFINS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the O’Dell Estate in Fate, Texas in 1997.
Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose baking mix shopping list
- 2 cups half and half shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 cups grated smoked gouda cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Place drained bacon evenly in muffins tins which have been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix eggs, baking mix, half-and-half, salt and pepper together then pour evenly over bacon.
- Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
